The social situation of the Campo de Gibraltar, a bridge between cultures, with different ways of seeing the family and family to address various conflicts led to the Progressive Women's Association “Victoria Kent” since 1995, to take several courses of action aimed to work on different aspects and factors that includes the students of Schools, to enhance social skills for the prevention, detection and treatment in cases of violence and conflict in diversity

Based on the foregoing, we propose from the Association, to strengthen the comprehensive training of students and their families to complement the already existing schools, where they have room for any actions related to the family and its problems, and get an education on respect, on tolerance, not discrimination and violence.

• Values Education.
Transmit and provide students with those basic principles for living together in the school and in society.
• Prevention of Gender Violence and Peer Violence (Bullying).
Provide students with the different criteria of each type of violence and about existing resources in such situations.
• Intercultural Education.
To carry out activities aimed at students and their families for the provision of social skills and awareness in reference to cultural diversity as enriching phenomenon for all members of any society.
• Mediation in Conflicts in Educational Institutions to Diversity.
To assist the parties in conflict to identify and meet their interests, promoting a proper environment to help build trust among interested.
